Weekend Retreat
A weekend retreat with Monique sets you on the path for potential certification. The theme of this workshop is aligned with the yearly cycle of the seasons. This workshop is an opportunity for anyone looking to understand and learn about the wisdom and knowledge of the transformative path of the 5 elements, based on Tibetan Buddhism.
